About this Opportunity

As Spokeo continues to grow, we are looking for a driven, innovative Senior Manager, B2B Lead Generation and Marketing Programs to lead the ideation and execution of go-to-market activities within the B2B business unit. As the Sr. Manager, you will be an entrepreneurial teammate working alongside Sales, Product, Design Team, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ideate, execute, and evaluate lead generation programs (both traditional B2B and digital marketing programs) for our target verticals: collections and skip tracing, law enforcement, fraud investigations, and real estate.

The Senior Manager, B2B Lead Generation and Marketing Programs should have demonstrable experience at marketing planning and delivering omnichannel lead generation initiatives. The Sr. Manager must be results-focused and have developed and executed successful B2B demand and lead generation programs.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is recognized as having the expertise, vision, and enthusiasm to actuate the huge market opportunity of a nascent yet promising product line. They will welcome, embrace, and overcome any challenge – to get the job done. They will also be the type of leader who is leading on the ground versus someone who directs from an ivory tower.

The Senior Manager, B2B Lead Generation and Marketing Programs is an individual contributor role and reports directly to the SVP of Product Management.

What You’ll Do:

  • 65% - Take full ownership of the end-to-end lead generation process. Create the annual marketing plan and manage associated budgets. Ideate and manage lead generation activities from inception through to delivery and post-campaign review, with the overall goals of growing MQLs and then nurturing them to SQLs, both with positive ROI
  • 15% - Drive content marketing (while working with Product and Marketing teams) for all communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • 10% - Ensure that the marketing efforts are on target and on brand
  • 5% - Establish clear performance measurements to ensure the success of strategies in driving and exceeding sales outcomes
  • 5% - Liaise and direct internal/external media & creative partners to create relevant content to support campaign activities

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of success as a B2B marketing leader, working on B2B/Enterprise SaaS solutions in a 0 to 1 environment and with a sharp focus on ROI
  • Motivational, inspirational, enthusiastic leadership
  • Problem solver whereby they explore new marketing opportunities, apply quantitative analysis to optimize performance, and drive positive ROI
  • Proven track record of developing and executing scalable marketing strategies across trade shows, sponsorships, webinars, email, content marketing, and paid and organic media to establish brand leadership and drive highly qualified leads for sales.
  • Experienced in identifying key customer segments and developing strategies aligned to their roles in the buying process, creating pipeline generation campaigns that drive new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail: this role requires a huge amount of collaboration and orchestration across multiple teams
  • Outstanding communication (oral, aural, and written) skills: an empathetic, skilled storyteller who can captivate and inspire their audience
  • Flexible and nimble to adapt and alter current plans based on new learnings and feedback
  • Excited to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial B2B business unit nestled within a larger, financially stable, and traditionally B2C organization, with great opportunity for personal and professional development
  • The position may require up to 20% travel
  • Experience working with B2B clients in the credit and collections, law enforcement, and or financial crimes spaces preferred
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
  • University degree required/MBA preferred
