• 4+ years embedded C/C++ in real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development from requirements through test and certification.
• Lead a team of engineers in avionics, including design, test, and certification.
• Own program performance and day-to-day execution of operations.
• Ensure compliance with development processes and standard work.
• Assign resources, onboard/train new team members, and coach staff.
• Serve as engineering focal point to customers.
