Job summary

Uber is seeking a Manager, AV OEM Programs to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives for the next generation of autonomous mobility on the Uber Platform. You will act as connective tissue between Uber and external partners, coordinating zero-to-one vehicle programs from scoping to launch with a strong emphasis on safety, hardware, integration and fleet management.

In this high-impact role, you will own programs end-to-end, align with stakeholders across engineering, product and operations,

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs blending hardware, software and operations.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Fluency with data to support decisions, including SQL or equivalent analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive complex programs from early planning through full-scale deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track progress and manage external partner obligations.
• Develop strategic concepts and turn them into detailed program plans (roadmaps, funding, resources).
• Report progress, risks and decisions to executive leadership.
