Job summary

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in warehouse automation systems and operational KPIs or leading operations across multiple shifts.
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and AI tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail.

Responsibilities

Develops, communicates, and implements processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners.
Analyzes site performance and variances to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinates planned downtime windows with maintenance.
Monitors and improves KPIs (OEE, throughput, fault rates, cost per case).
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.
Drives execution of multiple business and financial plans and projects.
Hones procedures to align with company ethics, policies and compliance.
