Job summary

Hilmar Cheese Company seeks a Senior Manager - Engineering Asset Management to lead asset management processes and drive value realization across the enterprise.

You will design, implement, and govern asset lifecycle planning, risk management, and investment roadmaps, collaborating with PMO, manufacturing, reliability, engineering and finance to prioritize asset decisions and drive maturity toward IAM and ISO 55000 principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, asset management, reliability, program or portfolio management, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and organizational change through complexity.
• Experience architecting business processes through organizational procedures and systems.
• Strong analytical, technical writing, business communication, facilitation, change management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Hilmar's asset management strategy.
• Develop and maintain asset management standards, processes, and governance.
• Establish asset management governance practices, including defining roles and responsibilities for asset management teams.
• Develop, implement, and lead business processes for asset plans, lifecycle strategies, and investment roadmaps.
• Lead asset criticality, asset integrity, and risk-based decision making and prioritization processes.
• Develop and manage asset management risk framework and business processes, including supplier risks and procurement strategies.
