The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering with 5+ years of experience (or a Master's with 3+ years) and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver safe, compliant, and economical process solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years related experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years related experience.
• Strong communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing capital projects and asset management programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale capital projects end-to-end with internal/external resources.
• Create budgets, schedules, and procurement plans for multiple projects.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide technical support.
• Oversee design, documentation, and compliance for project execution.
• Lead risk reviews, vendor engagement, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure delivery of business outcomes and value from asset investments.
