Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering plus 5 years’ related experience.
• Experience designing, modifying, or supporting manufacturing facilities in hygienic, sanitary, food-grade or similar environments.
• Demonstrates integrity in relationships and decision-making; strong team leadership.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Applies engineering principles and good judgement in decision making.
• Experience delivering practical and economical engineering solutions for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale capital projects end to end, coordinating internal and external resources to deliver business outcomes.
• Oversee project scheduling, costing, procurement, and budgeting for 4-5 projects concurrently and 10-15 annual projects up to $20M.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers with technical guidance.
• Design, review, and manage engineering documentation and drawings; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment Models, layouts, BOMs, and enable design changes.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure asset investments deliver value; interface with multiple disciplines.
