BrightNight is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management to lead the performance of its operating portfolio and maximize value across the lifecycle. This hybrid role, based in Houston with flexibility for remote work, requires strategic, entrepreneurial leadership and collaboration with operations, finance, power marketing, development, and executive teams.

The Senior Manager, Asset Management is responsible for the overall commercial, financial, and operational performance of BrightNight's operating portfolio. Acting as the business owner for assigned assets, this individual will drive value creation, optimize financial returns, manage commercial relationships, and lead cross-functional efforts to maximize asset performance throughout the lifecycle.
This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial leader with strong commercial acumen, a bias for action, and the ability to influence decisions across operations, finance, power marketing, development, and executive leadership. We are targeting someone hybrid in our Houston office but open to remote.
