Job summary

The Center for Effective Philanthropy (CEP) is seeking a motivated Analyst in Cambridge, MA to design methodologically sound studies and perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses. You will partner with CEP staff to deliver data-driven insights for executive audiences and boards.

The role emphasizes survey design, data collection from foundations and nonprofits, and clear reporting of findings. Strong communication, integrity, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or master's degree desired.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis (T-Tests, ANOVA, Chi-Square).
• Ability to conduct quantitative analyses and synthesize findings into recommendations.
• Experience with survey design a plus.

Responsibilities
