Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Global Innovation to oversee performance management and strategic execution for manufacturing entities across Asia, including Vietnam, China, and Korea.

You will drive data‑driven decision‑making, productivity improvements, and process standardization. The role partners with HQ and regional sites to optimize capacity, cost, and footprint while advancing digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations strategy roles.
• Experience managing operations in Asia (Vietnam, China, Korea) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/BI tools.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operational and financial performance of Asia manufacturing subsidiaries.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews with regional leadership and drive KPI programs.
• Formulate and execute mid- to long-term manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardize processes across sites.
• Collaborate with Procurement/Logistics/Quality/R&D to improve end-to-end efficiency.
• Act as liaison between HQ and Asia manufacturing teams.

Performance Management & Financial OversightMonitor and evaluate the operational and financial performance of manufacturing subsidiaries in AsiaDevelop and manage KPIsLead monthly and quarterly business reviews with regional leadershipIdentify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans2. Strategic Planning & ExecutionFormulate mid- to long-term manufacturing and supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectivesSupport capacity planning, cost optimization, and footprint strategy (e.g., China+1, nearshoring)Conduct market and operational feasibility analysis for new investments or expansions3. Operational Excellence & Process ImprovementDrive continuous improvement initiatives across production sites (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)Standardize processes and implement best practices across regionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Quality, R&D) to improve end-to-end efficiency4.
