Job summary

Kiss Nail Products, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Innovation, to oversee performance management, operational excellence, and strategic execution for manufacturing entities in Asia, including Vietnam, China, and South Korea.

You will liaise between HQ and regional sites, drive data‑driven decisions, productivity improvements, and standardized processes. The role requires 13+ years in manufacturing/supply chain, strong analytics, and ERP/BI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations strategy roles.
• Proven experience managing or overseeing operations in Asia (Vietnam, China, Korea preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performance Management & Financial Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the operational and financial performance of manufacturing subsidiaries in Asia.
• Develop and manage KPIs.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with regional leadership.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate mid- to long-term manufacturing and supply chain strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Support capacity planning, cost optimization, and footprint strategy (e.g., China+1, nearshoring).
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production sites (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Standardize processes and implement best practices across regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Quality, R&D) to improve end-to-end efficiency.
• HQ–Regional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between HQ and Asia manufacturing teams.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems for real-time performance tracking.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and executive-level reports.
• Support digital transformation initiatives (ERP, MES, data integration).
