Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico, driving strategy, transformation, and delivery of technology capabilities across ATS domains. You will shape engineering practices, investment roadmaps, and scalable solutions with on-shore, near-shore, and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) or related discipline with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience leading technology delivery teams or service centers, preferably near-shore or offshore.
• Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining technical talent in engineering, integration, QA, automation, or platform/application services.
• Experience with enterprise-level application services, service delivery frameworks, and SLA/KPI-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Puerto Rico Nearshore Center for ATS, ensuring delivery of high-quality technology services aligned to SLAs and KPIs.
• Build, hire, train, coach, mentor, and retain a strong pipeline of technical talent across platform services and related domains.
• Establish a consistent service delivery model that aligns with ATS standards and integrates with on-shore/off-shore centers.
• Ensure operational excellence across the nearshore center, including resource planning and quality assurance.
• Foster collaboration with ATS service owners, product teams, and global delivery hubs to ensure unified execution.
• Drive modern engineering practices, DevSecOps, automation, and secure-by-design principles.
• Monitor and manage service delivery performance, addressing risks and bottlenecks.
• Create an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on learning and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with RTX policies, cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Manage budgets, vendor engagements, and center-level reporting.
