You will guide engineering teams specializing in Power Platform, Dataverse, and .NET, aligning solutions with enterprise architecture and security standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to define roadmaps, manage vendors, and drive DevOps and CI/CD practices for reliable delivery across business applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 8+ years in software engineering or related technology disciplines.
• 5+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive modernization, cloud transformation, automation, and AI-enabled development across applications.
• Lead and mentor Application Development and Power Platform engineers.
• Establish architecture standards and governance for scalable, secure solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data & Analytics, and Infrastructure teams.
• Develop metrics and provide status updates to leadership.
