Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience leading and coordinating distributed development teams and contractors.
• Experience with healthcare integration, SAP and Manhattan WMS preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven delivery enhancements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor blended onshore and offshore engineering teams across time zones.
• Build and execute a strategic roadmap for Specialty Pharmacy Distribution apps.
• Ensure compliance, data flow and integrations with SAP, Manhattan WMS and SaaS platforms.
