You will manage a 2–3 day on-site hybrid schedule at our Chicago location, with remaining days remote. A strong background in .NET, SQL Server, and cloud is required, plus leadership experience and client-focused

Qualifications

• Hands-on in .NET (C#) application development and SQL Server data stack.
• Led teams 4–5 years and coached engineers for growth.
• Familiarity with AI models and AI-powered coding agents is a plus.

Responsibilities
