Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an AP Control COE Senior Manager to provide financial control oversight for North America. This role leads AP, T&E and PCard reporting, period-end close, and SOX controls while partnering with R2P/AP operations and sector controllers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial controls, deep AP/PO-PP knowledge, and strong analytical skills to mitigate risk and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with financial controls and financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, T&E and PCard financial reporting and controls.
• Lead period-end close, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Provide accounting guidance on complex transactions and treatments.
• Maintain and monitor SOX controls; drive remediation actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and responses.
