Job summary

PepsiCo in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Control & Reporting Associate Manager to lead North America finance close processes, ensure accuracy of GL, AP, and intercompany receivables, and strengthen internal controls across PGCS NA.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with operations to remediate issues, oversee inventory control over $75MM+, and drive transformation projects within the Control & Reporting area. Requires CPA/CA, 8+ years, SAP, SOX.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, financial analysis.
Experience in a manufacturing / Distribution Centre environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance field.
Professional Accounting Certification: CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
Strong expertise in Sarbanes Oxley requirements and controls.
Previous SAP Experience (3 years minimum).

Responsibilities

Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of period close processes (domestic) and month close (international).
Maintain integrity of General Ledger, AP and inter-company accounts receivable.
Lead internal control environment and control agenda for PGCS NA.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure plant/warehouse processes comply with controls.
Oversee quarterly PCS&D balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.
Manage relationships with inter-company stakeholders and staff the NA Control & Reporting team.
