Job summary

PepsiCo NA Finance is seeking a Control & Reporting Associate Manager to drive the accuracy and timeliness of North America accounting and financial reporting. You will steward assets and build a strong control environment across Arlington, TX, NASC, and Mexico interfaces, reporting to the PGCS NA Finance Manager.

The role requires 8+ years in financial control with SAP experience, a finance degree, and CPA/ACCA/CIMA certification.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, financial analysis.
Experience in a manufacturing / Distribution Centre environment.
Strong expertise in Sarbanes Oxley requirements and controls.
Previous SAP Experience (3 years minimum).

Responsibilities

Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of period close (domestic) and month close (international).
Maintain integrity of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and inter-company accounts receivable.
Lead internal control environment and control agenda for PGCS NA.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure plant/warehouse processes comply with controls.
Remediate control issues promptly with Operations.
Lead quarterly balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations.
Manage relationships with PGCS, PBC, Pepsi-Cola Mexicana on accounting and reporting.
Oversee $75MM+ inventory management across North America.
Drive transformation projects within C&R and beyond.
Lead staffing, onboarding, training and retention of PGCS NA Control and Reporting team.
