Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Senior Manager of Analog Engineering to lead a team of analog designers and act as the technical project lead for configurable mixed-signal ASICs. You will shepherd the program from concept through architecture, design, verification, and preparation for market release.

In this role you will define system architectures, collaborate with product definition and cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and ensure robust verification and documentation to deliver

Qualifications

• MSEE with 15+ years of analog and mixed-signal design experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations.
• Experience with power management circuits and high voltage (BCD processes).
• Ability to develop system architectures and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for a global environment.
• Coaching, mentoring, and development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analog designers and act as technical project lead for configurable mixed-signal ASICs.
• Define development plans and architecture from concept through verification and layout.
• Develop a comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plan and documentation.
• Collaborate with test development, bench evaluation, QA, product engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and develop team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
