Qualifications

15+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design.
Expert in precision analog circuitry.
Design experience in power management and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes).
Ability to develop system architectures and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of IC development beyond analog design (digital flow, packaging, test engineering, quality assurance, product engineering).
Strong communication and leadership for coaching and team development.

Responsibilities

Define product specs with marketing for competitive advantage.
Develop system architecture to optimize performance, power, and die size.
Specify requirements of individual IPs used in the product.
Define a development plan for design, verification, and layout with the project manager.
Develop a comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plan.
Lead product development with peer reviews and thorough documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test development, bench evaluation, and QA.
Mentor and develop your team.
