Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee logistics for alumni and parent events on and off campus.
• Manage daily office operations and provide high‑quality service.
• Oversee scheduling and rental use of the McGriff Alumni House.
• Support fundraising initiatives and communications with parents and donors.
• Manage donor data and reporting using the CRM and reporting tools.
