Job summary

QualityAI is seeking a Transformation Delivery Director to lead large-scale enterprise quality engineering transformations in the United States. You will partner with senior client executives, technology leaders, and distributed delivery teams to design and deliver strategic programs that drive speed, quality, and business outcomes.

The role requires 15+ years in quality engineering or related fields, experience directing 100+ engineers, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Quality Engineering, software engineering, testing, technology transformation, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience leading large-scale Quality Engineering or technology transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing 100+ engineers or similarly large distributed technology organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading onshore/offshore delivery models and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of modern Quality Engineering, including automation, continuous testing, DevOps, CI/CD, API testing, performance engineering, cloud, and quality engineering frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop technology strategies, solution architectures, transformation roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
• Strong experience with enterprise solutioning and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programs within regulated industries.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience working directly with C-suite and senior technology executives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with program financials, resource models, estimation, and business cases.
• Experience managing large transformation budgets, delivery KPIs, risks, and operational governance.
• Strong change-management and organizational transformation experience.

We are looking for a Transformation Delivery Director to join our growing team in United States!

The ideal candidate is a transformational leader who combines deep quality engineering expertise, technology and solutioning experience, exceptional executive communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise transformations at scale.

This is a highly visible leadership position requiring the ability to engage with senior client executives, technology and business stakeholders, engineering organizations, and large distributed delivery teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, software engineering, testing, technology transformation, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience leading large-scale Quality Engineering or technology transformation programs.
