Job summary

Disney Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the Content Intelligence AI product portfolio. The role partners with Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and regional teams to set vision, strategy, and execution across highly matrixed groups.

You will manage a team of product managers, translate complex AI concepts for executives, and drive cross-functional planning and capital initiatives to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years of people management.
• Experience leading product teams in digital platforms and media supply chains.
• Experience guiding cross-functional planning cycles and roadmaps with executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape and applying it to digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Set long-term vision and roadmap for Content Intelligence AI products.
• Balance strategic roadmap with day-to-day execution and resource allocation.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to executives and partners.
