Job summary

ZestyAI is seeking a Senior Manager, Insurance Product Filings, to own multistate filings end to end for 51 jurisdictions, draft model narratives, respond to objections, and maintain licenses.

You will partner with data science, actuarial, product, and outside counsel, translating state requirements into practical guidance and supporting carrier clients through their filings.

The target start date is Q1 2027; the role is remote, USA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of U.S. P&C insurance industry regulatory experience.
• Ownership of multistate P&C rate, rule, and form filings in SERFF.
• Strong technical writing for regulators and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting carrier clients in filings and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and defend AI and predictive model filings in SERFF through approval.
• Lead objection/interrogatory responses with data science, actuarial, and counsel.
• Scale regulatory processes, build repeatable filing workflows and tooling.
• Support carrier clients on rate and underwriting filings using ZestyAI models.
