Job summary

ZestyAI is seeking a Senior Manager, Insurance Product Filings to own multistate filings end to end, draft model documentation, and respond to regulator inquiries. You’ll partner with data science, actuarial, product, and outside counsel to ensure filings meet 51 jurisdiction requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in US P&C regulatory/compliance or product management.
• Hands-on multistate SERFF filings leadership from drafting to approval.
• Experience with AI tooling (Claude) in workflows.
• Bachelor's degree; eligible to work in the US.
• Strong written communication for regulator-facing narratives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and defend AI and predictive model filings in SERFF.
• Lead objection responses and coordinate with data science, actuarial, product, and outside counsel.
• Scale regulatory processes and build repeatable multistate filing workflows.
• Support carrier clients on rate and underwriting filings and represent ZestyAI in meetings.
• Monitor state requirements and translate into internal guidance.
• Move quickly in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.
