The candidate will draft, file, and defend filings, manage objections, and scale the regulatory function as the business expands. A strong writing background and regulatory expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of U.S. P&C regulatory affairs experience.
• Proven multistate filing ownership from drafting to approval.
• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude in daily workflow.
• Ability to translate state requirements into practical guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree; legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and defend AI and predictive model filings in SERFF from drafting through approval.
• Lead objection and interrogatory responses with regulators and outside counsel.
• Scale regulatory function with repeatable processes as filings grow.
• Support carrier clients on rate and underwriting filings using ZestyAI models.
• Monitor state requirements and translate into internal guidance and client updates.
