Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is building major GPU clusters to power AI. This Senior Manager will lead a software team that designs, builds, and deploys features to onboard new GPU systems and racks into OCI’s AI infrastructure.

You’ll drive architecture, staffing, and scalable development in a collaborative, agile setting. You will manage delivery of complex distributed systems, mentor engineers, and partner with senior leadership to align strategy with execution, while maintaining a focus

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years delivering and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in cloud engineering, networking, and distributed systems.
• Ability to identify and recruit strong engineering talent.
• Scale systems via tooling and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present to senior leadership.
