Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is building some of the world’s largest and most advanced GPU clusters to power the next generation of AI. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a software development team that designs, builds, and deploys new features and recipes to onboard new generations of GPU systems and racks into OCI’s AI infrastructure.

You will bring technical depth, architectural judgment, and distributed systems experience, along with strong people and process management skills.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud engineering, networking, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to recruit strong engineering talent.
• Excellent communication and leadership in agile, startup-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to deliver automated fault detection and repair recipes for new GPU systems.
• Turn requirements into actionable engineering tasks and roadmap.
• Coach engineers, set expectations, and manage performance.
• Collaborate with PM and OCI AI Infrastructure teams across functions.
