Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Manager, SaaS Quality Engineering to lead AI-first SDLC transformation across PingOne MT. You will shape standards, drive agentic quality workflows, and partner with global teams to raise production readiness in a complex multi-tenant SaaS environment.

The role requires deep technical leadership, strong collaboration across DevTools, Architecture, Performance, and AI leaders, and a track record of delivering measurable quality improvements at scale.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering, quality or related leadership experience.
Proven track record leading AI-first SDLC or agentic quality transformations.
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Define and drive AI-first SDLC quality transformation across PingOne MT.
Lead quality strategy and execution across regions with measurable outcomes.
Own quality systems strategy for PingOne MCP Server and Identity for AI-focused work.
Build reusable test frameworks, tooling, and CI/CD quality gates.
Drive developer-owned validation from unit to E2E tests.
Use data to improve SDLC effectiveness, defect escape rates and release confidence.
