Responsibilities include designing content upkeep processes, updating resources, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree with at least two years of practice or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to monitor and interpret legal developments within a practice area.
• Experience conducting legal research and applying findings to practical updates.
• Excellent writing and editing skills focused on clarity and usability.

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and execute the content upkeep process for the Labor and Employment practice.
• Monitor legal developments and assess impact on existing content.
• Draft, revise, and edit Practical Guidance content to editorial standards.
• Maintain customer-facing resources and knowledge trackers.
• Oversee content remediation projects to improve UX and consistency.
• Incorporate AI and emerging tech into editorial workflows.
• Collaborate with LNNAUK, GPO, and GTO teams on strategy and improvements.
