• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers and ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, decision logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress to executive stakeholders.
