Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior consultant to drive transformation programs for leading technology and AI clients in California. You will translate strategic roadmaps into executable plans, guide cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable ROI while managing complex stakeholder dynamics.

You will lead cost-reduction initiatives, build robust delivery structures, and mentor junior staff, with frequent client interaction and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Software & Platforms tech industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans and operating models.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams and remove barriers.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams end-to-end; ensure client-readiness.
• Own quality across outputs; enforce coherence and rigor.
• Support business development and contribute to proposals, shaping points of view.
• Lead the client relationship day-to-day, manage expectations and build trust.
• Coordinate across streams to keep delivery on track and assign ownership.
• Develop junior team members and provide growth opportunities.
• Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
