Job summary

Quickbase, a leader in enterprise low-code work management, is seeking a Sr Manager, PR & Corporate Communications in Boston (Hybrid). You will shape external narrative across earned media, executive leadership, social platforms, and influencer relations to boost visibility with business, technology, and industry audiences.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in PR, external communications, social media, or integrated communications.
• Strong experience in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, product-led, consumer technology, or agency environments.
• Demonstrated success securing high-quality earned media coverage.
• Strong executive communications and thought leadership experience.
• Experience leading organic social strategy and growing brand or executive audiences.
• Experience with influencer, creator, or community relations.
• Familiarity with short-form video strategy and production.
• Experience supporting product launches, PLG motions, freemium, trial, or user-acquisition programs.
• Working knowledge of SEO, GEO/AEO, and how AI-powered discovery is changing brand visibility.
• Excellent writing, editorial judgment, and ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using performance data to improve strategy.

• Drive earned media and executive visibility through pitches, bylines, talking points, and content.
• Expand Reach Across Social, Creators & Emerging Channels with content that builds brand awareness and education.
• Support Product-Led Growth & Organic Discovery using SEO and AI-powered discovery insights.
• Lead Integrated Launches & Strategic Communications for major product launches and campaigns.
• Lead Teams & Partners by managing agencies and building a scalable editorial and measurement process.
