You will translate complex AI-powered breakthroughs into compelling narratives for major US media and our customer base, partnering with senior executives to shape the messaging at a global scale. You will drive proactive issues management, work with the PR agency, and mentor teammates in modern storytelling, measurement, and new channels

Qualifications

• 12+ years in PR and media relations with top-tier US media contacts in tech, business, and fintech.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact narratives.
• Experience translating complex tech into clear narratives across channels.
• Experience collaborating with international teams across time zones and managing reputational risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-profile communications initiatives aligned with QuickBooks objectives and AI-powered platform narrative.
• Build and maintain relationships with press and external partners to secure feature stories and exclusives.
• Champion storytelling across multi-channel campaigns including PR, internal comms, and social media.
• Measure outcomes using analytics and press feedback to refine media strategy and share insights.
