Job summary

The role reports to the Senior Director and requires building enterprise-wide performance marketing programs while guiding innovation in search, GEO/AISO,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising with 4+ years of experience, or a HS/GED with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience using tools and techniques to collect, collate and analyze market information.
• At least 2 years of cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience with project management (planning, organizing, and managing resources).
• Experience with Marketing Strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Director to determine and implement strategy across the organization.
• Collaborate with management to identify and implement tools that elevate the marketing group.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and communicate marketing strategies and programs with business teams.
• Deliver presentations and reports on marketing trends, competition, and pricing to stakeholders.
