Job summary

Crusoe is hiring a Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Architecture to lead a four-domain architecture organization spanning Edge, Backbone, Data Center, and SDN/Cloud. You will align hardware, infrastructure, and product with multi-year roadmaps, directing senior engineers and managers to deliver a low-latency, high-throughput fabric for massive GPU clusters.

The role requires 12+ years in network engineering with 5+ years of people leadership, plus deep SDN and cloud networking expertise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in network engineering/architecture
• 5+ years managing ICs
• Experience scaling infrastructure at hyperscale, multi-campus or multi-region
• Strong SDN and cloud-native networking expertise
• Experience setting multi-year technical strategy and influencing leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the company-wide architecture strategy across edge, backbone, data center, and SDN/cloud domains
• Arbitrate cross-domain tradeoffs to optimize AI/HPC workloads
• Set engineering standards, reference architectures, and design review processes
• Define PoP design, peering, and edge compute strategy
• Lead SDN control plane architecture and Kubernetes networking considerations
