Accenture is seeking a Senior Strategy Expert to join our Strategy practice in the United States. You will translate complex AI-driven opportunities into actionable plans for senior executives, guiding clients through high-stakes transformations.

You have 8+ years in High Tech consulting or industry, with a track record of leading engagements and delivering measurable results. You will mentor teams and shape client narratives with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years of professional experience consulting for or working at a High Tech company, or a startup.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements to help High Tech, semiconductor, data center companies deploy operating models and AI-first development.
Define enterprise-wide cost take-out initiatives and new revenue streams for clients.
Structure complex challenges around senior executive priorities; develop hypotheses and business cases to unlock value.
Develop long-lasting client relationships and manage expectations, scope, and satisfaction.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams spanning product, technology, and strategy, shaping culture and client outcomes.
