Job summary

Greenhouse Software is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrations Consulting to lead a highly technical Professional Services team. You will guide the design, delivery, and monetization of complex integrations across a global customer base, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows and scalable best practices.

You will manage a team of engineers and consultants, set technical standards, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to prioritize connectors and implementation strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integrations-focused roles in a B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a Technical Consulting team responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integrations using iPaaS tools.
• Drive AI adoption across the team to automate workflows and meet customer demand.
• Establish technical standards and build-versus-buy decisions for integrations.
• Develop the team’s bench and certify onboarding to ensure high-quality builds.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on connector roadmaps and feasibility.
• Partner with Pre and Post-sales teams to scope integrations work for new/existing business.
• Manage deep technical escalations and reduce customer friction.
• Take on additional projects as needed.
