10-15 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership.
Expert-level Go and Python; strong Node.js experience.
Deep AWS experience with EKS and OpenShift; enterprise Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic engineering leadership across multiple full stack teams.
Own architectural vision and roadmap for distributed systems on AWS/EKS/OpenShift.
Define engineering standards, coding practices, and quality benchmarks.
Drive automation-first culture across CI/CD and IaC.
Lead workforce planning, hiring strategy, and senior talent development.
