Job summary

NFL is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Operations to lead the CSOC and drive the 24x7x365 security program. This leader will evolve a reactive function into a proactive, intelligence-led, and highly automated defense, shaping operating models, tech strategy, and roadmaps leveraging automation, AI, and SOAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field.
• 8-10+ years in cybersecurity or large-scale enterprise IT operations.
• 3-5+ years in a dedicated management or leadership role.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities of contract employees or MSSPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the 24/7/365 CSOC.
• Lead incident response activities for high-priority cybersecurity events and oversee post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Expand proactive threat hunting using threat intelligence, behavioral analytics, and AI-assisted investigations.
• Define and deliver the future state of cybersecurity operations, ensuring rapid detect, investigate, and respond to threats while reducing complexity.
• Collaborate with third-party security providers and MSSPs to optimize service delivery.
• Support major business events and critical operations by ensuring continuous monitoring and rapid incident response capabilities.
