Job summary
Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development to lead the engineering teams responsible for enterprise solutions, modernization, and AI-enabled development across the Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.
The role drives technology roadmaps, governance, and delivery excellence, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data & Analytics, and other lines of business to realize strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 8+ years of software engineering, application development, or related tech experience.
- 5+ years leading software teams; strong governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead application modernization, cloud transformation, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Coach and develop Application Development and Power Platform engineers.
- Provide technical leadership and governance for architecture standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Ensure security, testing, and operational standards across platforms.
