Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Manager of Application Development to lead the App Development and Power Platform teams. You will guide modernization efforts, establish architecture standards, and work with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud and AI-enabled development experience, and a proven track record in delivering scalable enterprise solutions in a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or related.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years in software engineering or related tech disciplines.
• 5+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Proficient in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration tech.
• Knowledge of solution architecture and governance.
• Experience evaluating and leading AI-enabled development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Application Development and Power Platform engineering teams.
• Drive modernization, cloud transformation, automation, and platform engineering.
• Coach and develop engineers; build a high-performing culture.
• Set standards for architecture, governance, and security.
