Responsibilities

• Strategic Deal Advisory: embedded accounting and finance advisor to AIG for complex AI infrastructure, Cloud, and strategic transactions.
• Deal Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with BD, Corporate Development, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting to evaluate terms and drive deal closure.
• Technical Accounting Assessment: lead analysis of revenue recognition, incentives, derivatives, leases, and other nonstandard transactions.
• Financial Impact Analysis: evaluate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts of proposed transactions.
