Job summary

Webflow is seeking a senior Customer Success leader to lead the Source CS team as adoption scales. You will own strategic accounts, renewals, and expansion, and build the CS operating model and playbooks to drive scale and customer value.

You will influence executives, bring technical aptitude, and guide teams through AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives, while promoting a culture of grit, speed, and craft that reinforces customer trust.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CS/account management.
• 2+ years managing teams.

• Experience with applied AI or digital transformation.
