Job summary

EY seeks a strategic Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across the enterprise. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination, ensuring knowledge-based AI adoption through robust compliance and monitoring practices.

You will mentor a team building advanced multi-agent capabilities and guide initiatives through the EY Enterprise Architecture council, staying ahead of AI trends and model architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and major platforms (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek).
• Experience with observability, safety, and governance tooling.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Familiar with Agentic Patterns & Frameworks: Orchestration, Loop Engineering, Memory system integration.
• Familiarity with AI-native development.
• Proven track record building and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks based on foundation models, LLMs, and SLMs.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across the business.
• Serve as player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be the go-to authority for knowledge AI systems and their applications to opportunities and platform development.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives to success.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures for timely adoption of emerging AI tech.
