Position Summary

Directs activities of the team including overseeing and coordinating Scrum events, ensuring that any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress are identified and addressed. Provides coaching and mentoring to the team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams, and supporting the Product Owner in product backlog management and prioritization. Develops strategy to monitor and measure the team’s progress through established metrics, promoting self-organization and autonomy among team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.

What you will do

• Develop cross-functional collaborations that facilitate information-sharing and resource distribution.

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in technical project execution and delivery
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or related certification required
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Adept at business intelligence
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
• Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Resource manager / people leader experience
• Healthcare background w/ focus on Medicare and Medicaid lines of business

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
