Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Senior Manager, After-Sales Programs, to lead a diverse team and drive customer experience across digital tools and service platforms. The role collaborates with internal IT and OEM partners to optimize vehicle service operations and market share in the service space.

The position is onsite at AutoNation headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with travel as needed. A strong background in CDK/CDK Service and automotive industry partnerships is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct and relevant industry experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of connected vehicle technology and the ability to collaborate with IT stakeholders.
• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or technology sales within the automotive industry.
• 2–5 years’ experience with CDK/CDK Service or other service appointment scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and develop a team of direct reports with clear goals and performance feedback.
• Oversee After-Sales digital tools and platforms (CEP, Digital Service Experience, Video MPI, Comm 360).
• Strategize and launch customer experience tools nationally (Digital Check-In, Inspection/MPI, Technician Video, Texting, E-Payment, Loaner Car).
• Partner with Connected Vehicle team to leverage OEM leads.
• Improve appointment conversion and show rates with digital scheduling tools.
• Oversee pilots tied to the Northstar transformation initiative.
