Job summary

PBS SoCal is seeking a Senior Manager, Advancement Systems & Services in Burbank, CA (hybrid) to lead donor data, fundraising systems, analytics, and reporting. You will supervise the Gifts and Records Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fundraising performance and donor experience.

You'll develop data standards, implement solutions, and provide strategic guidance to advance philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum five years in advancement services, donor data management, and analytics.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM systems; Raiser's Edge NXT preferred.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, and data solutions.
• Experience managing staff, projects, or cross-functional initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead subject matter expert for donor data and fundraising systems.
• Develop donor data standards, policies, processes, and reporting to support goals.
• Oversee accuracy and integrity of advancement data and systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to support system enhancements.
