Job summary

Loyola University Chicago is seeking a Senior Director of Advancement Information Services & Reporting to lead data management, reporting, and CRM optimization across the university's fundraising efforts.

HYBRID role based in Chicago, overseeing a team of analysts and developers, with responsibility for CASE reporting, dashboards, and data governance to support leadership and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in data management and reporting for fundraising.
• Experience with higher-education fundraising reporting standards (CASE, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advancement Operations team and optimize CRM/BI tooling.
• Mentor and coach 3–10 direct reports and ensure performance goals.
• Oversee development of standard reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with ITS and external developers on data integrations and security.
