SRCTec, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Advanced Manufacturing in Syracuse, NY.

Lead a team of manufacturing professionals responsible for assembly and test process development, product launches in the factory, and integration of new products into existing lines. You will partner with SRC and SRCTec teams to drive manufacturability and testability, oversee cost estimates, and ensure successful hand-offs to production engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with extensive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 15+ years in related roles with 3+ years of management responsibility.
• Experience designing and launching manufacturing and test processes in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, test, and project teams to develop processes and sequence flows.
• Partner with R&D and Manufacturing engineering to influence design for manufacturability.
• Guide product development on manufacturability, testability, reliability, and test coverage.
• Support new product launches with deployment of manufacturing systems and tests.
• Manage projects including scope, schedule, budget, and hand-off to production.
• Identify opportunities to improve standards, strategies, and best practices.
